1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1. In saucepan combine dry ingredients and then add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and cool.
2. To use, mix equal amount of this recipe with equal amount of mayonnaise.
Makes about 2 cups.
