Root Beer Pulled Pork (Crockpot)

Ingredients:

1 (2-pound) pork tenderloin
1 (12-ounce) can or bottle root beer
1 (18-ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
8 burger buns, split and lightly toasted

Method:

1 Place the pork tenderloin in a slow cooker.
2 Pour the root beer over the tenderloin.
3 Cover the slow cooker and cook until the meat is fork-tender, about 6 to 7 hours on low heat.
4 Drain the meat well.
5 Using two forks, shred the meat.
6 Add the barbecue sauce and stir until the meat is well coated.
7 Serve on the burger buns!
