2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 cup butter
1 pound shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.  
Sift the dry ingredients together.  
In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, mix in the mozzarella cheese, and add the flour mixture, mixing well.  Shape in to 3/4 inch balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.  Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the balls are puffed and golden brown.  Makes 1 dozen.
