1 Duncan Hines Pineapple cake mix
2 cups sugar
1 tall can evaporated milk
15 oz. can crushed pineapple, with juice
1/2 cup margarine
3 tablespoons flour
1 egg yolk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Prepare cake mix according to package direction. Cook in a loaf pan as
directed. Combine remaining ingredients in a cast iron skillet.  Cook over medium heat until the mixture starts popping.  Stir with a spatula until very thick.  Spread on the cooked & cooled sheet cake.
