2 Bags Spring Green lettuce mix
1/2 Red Onion, sliced thin
3/4 Cup grated or shredded parmesan cheese
8 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
Dressing: Make Day Ahead and Refrigerate
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup mayonnaise
3 T. rice vinegar
15 minutes before serving, toss Spring Green mix with desired amount of dressing and parmesan cheese, top with red onion.
Also good with toasted, sliced almonds.
