1/4 cup nonfat sour cream
1 teaspoon Cajun-style seasoning
Cook corn to desired doneness, either by grilling or boiling. Combine sour cream with Cajun-style seasoning in a small bowl. Using a pastry brush or spreader, spread 1 tablespoon flavored sour cream on each hot cob just before serving.
