1-1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
  1 onion
72 ounces of your favorite spaghetti sauce
  Approximately 4 T. sugar
  Approximately 3 t. cinnamon
  Approximately 2 t. Italian seasoning
  Approximately 1/4 C. vinegar
Brown the ground beef and onion and in a large pot. Drain off any grease and then add the spaghetti sauce. Stir in the sugar, cinnamon
and Italian seasoning. Add the cinnamon, sugar and vinegar. Stir and add more of any of the seasonings to flavor the sauce to your liking.
Pour over spaghetti noodles, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
This recipe can easily be adapted to feed a smaller or larger group of people. Cheaper spaghetti sauces seem to work as well as more
expensive ones. The more vinegar you add, the tangier the spaghetti is. If it becomes too tangy for you, add a little more sugar or
  cinnamon.
I often make more spaghetti noodles than I need for our dinner and then pour them into the leftover sauce. This warms up well the next
  day or freezes well. Enjoy!!!
