1 TBS. water
1 cup granulated white sugar
1&1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
3/4 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

coolwhip)
2. Add pecans, turning, turning, turning until all coated;
3. in a small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon and salt.
4. Gradually add sugar mixture to pecans, shaking and/or turning,
turning until all are coated;
5. Spread pecans on a foil or parchment lined cookie sheet (with
sides) that has been lightly greased or sprayed with Pam.
6. Bake for 1 hour at 250 degrees, stirring every 15 minutes.
7. Let cool and store in air-tight container.
Note, I find Parchment paper works best when stirring/turning. Foil
sometimes tears.
Enjoy!
