1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons olives
2 tablespoons Gherkins
1 tablespoon parsley
1/4 teaspoon onion juice or finely chopped shallots or white onions
Chop capers, olives, Gherkins and parsley very fine. Fold into the mayonnaise and serve cold. Serve with fried fish or cold seafood.
