Hot Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients:

1/3 c. salted butter
1/3 c. International Delight Milk Hot Chocolate
2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
4 c. powdered sugar
marshmallow bits

Method:

1. Place butter in a large mixing bowl and beat until fluffy.
2. Gradually add in 2 cups of powdered sugar, beating well.
3. Slowly add in hot chocolate and cocoa powder.
4. Add remaining 2 cups of powdered sugar, a little bit at a time, mixing thoroughly.
5. *Optional: heat frosting slightly before using. Top with marshmallow bits.
