12 oz. or 16 oz. bag of wide noodles
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
3/4 stick margarine or butter
5 eggs
1 cup white raisins
2 apples, (peeled & sliced)
1/2 cup Rice Krispies
Grease large baking pan with butter or margarine.
Cook wide noodles & drain.
Put in large bowl the sugar, cinnamon, raisins & sliced apples. Add margarine to the cooked wide noodles. Separate egg yolks from the white. Beat egg yolks
& add to noodle mixture. Add bowl of ingredients.
Mix well all ingredients & add to greased baking pan. Beat egg whites stiff
& cut with a spoon into pan with ingredients. Squeeze rice krispies to
crumbs & sprinkle over entire pan.
Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. When cool cut into squares.
Serves 8 to 12 depending on size cuts.
