Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients:

Broccoli
Spices (Your choice)
Olive oil

Method:

Cut broccoli, into bite sized chunks and place in a large mixing bowl. Add enough olive oil to barely cover, sprinkle some spices you like, for
instance, some garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss all together and dump on to a baking sheet and place in a 350 degree oven for about half an hour.
The olive oil should crisp up the outside leaving the inside firm, yet tender and almost sweet.
