Taco Tortilla Cups

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 packet Taco seasoning
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
12 7 inch tortillas
2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1 head of lettuce, chopped (about 3 to 4 cups)
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cook ground beef with Taco seasoning, onion and garlic over medium heat
until browned, 6 to 8 minutes.
Press each tortilla into muffin tin to create a cup shape. Bake 10
minutes. Fill each with following:
meat mixture, chopped lettuce, salsa, chopped tomato, and cheese.
Bake another 5 minutes so cheese can melt.
Serve hot or at room temp.

Helpful Hints:

Note: The recipe can easily be halved,refrigerating or freezing the
remainder of meat mixture. I give it a rating of 5.
