1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 pound uncooked shrimp (16-20 per pound), peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 corn tortillas (6 inches), toasted
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
Optional: Lime wedges, salsa, sliced avocado, sliced red onion and jalapeno sauce, optional
1In a small bowl, combine first seven ingredients. Season shrimp with spice mixture.
2In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Place shrimp in hot skillet; cook 2-3 minutes or until shrimp are lightly browned on the bottom; flip. Cook another 1-2 minutes or until shrimp start to curl.
3Divide shrimp amongst tortillas; top with cabbage, cilantro, and other toppings, as desired.
