1 lb. deveined shrimp
1 small onion chopped
¼ cup butter
1 6ounce can mushrooms, drained
1 tblsp. Flour
salt& pepper
1 cup sour cream
1 ½ cups cooked rice
Saute shrimp and onion in butter for 10 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes more. Sprinkle in flour, salt& pepper. Stir in sour cream and cook gently for 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
