1 small box lemon Jell-O
Prepare as directed on package and pour into a 8x8x2-inch
casserole and let set till firm but not completely set.
Mix into firm but not completely set Jell-O and chill until set
1 cup of miniature marshmallows
1 cup pineapple chunks
2 bananas, sliced
Topping:
Cook and cool
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
Fold the above mixture into
1 cup whipped cream, or frozen whipped topping (thawed)
Pour on top of Jell-O mixture and chill.
