24      ounces        package frozen potato wedges with  skins
1      cup           sliced celery
1/2  cup           chopped red bell pepper
2      tablespoons   chopped green onions or red onion
1/4  teaspoon      garlic powder
1/4  teaspoon      salt
1/8  teaspoon      coarsely ground black pepper
1/4  cup           honey
1/4  cup           prepared mustard
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Place potatoes in 2-quart microwave-safe casserole;
cover. Microwave on HIGH for 5 to 8 minutes or until of desired doneness.
Cool slightly. Cut potato wedges in half. Add celery, bell pepper, onions,
garlic powder, salt and pepper; mix gently.
In small bowl, combine honey and mustard; mix until well blended. Pour over potato mixture; mix well.
Makes 12 (1/2 cup) servings
