8 slices sourdough bread
4 slices sharp cheddar
4 slices Swiss cheese
12 strips cooked bacon
1 avocado cut in half pitted and sliced
2 tbsp softened butter
Heat skillet to medium on the stove top. Butter one side of all eight slices of bread. On the unbuttered side of four slices add one slice cheddar each, 3 strips bacon each, 1/4 sliced avocado 1 slice Swiss cheese. Add top slice of bread and place one sandwich into the preheated skillet. Flip sandwich over once dark golden brown. Once crispy and browned on both sides slice in half and serve. Repeat with other three sandwiches. Recipe serves 4.
