4 teaspoons salt-free seasoning blend 
4 teaspoons everything seasoning blend 
2 teaspoons lemon-pepper seasoning 
2 teaspoons paprika 
1 teaspoon salt 
1/4 teaspoon pepper 
2 Cornish game hens (20 to 24 ounces each) 
2 tablespoons olive oil
1. Combine the first 6 ingredients. Tuck wings under hens; tie legs together. Rub oil over hens; sprinkle with seasonings. Place hens, breast side down, on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook at 375 degrees until a thermometer inserted in thickest part of thigh reads 170° to 175°, 18 to 20 minutes, turning once. (Cover loosely with foil if hens brown too quickly.) Let stand 10 minutes before carving.
