1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained 
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix 
1 teaspoon coconut rum or rum extract 
2 cups miniature marshmallows 
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut, toasted 
1/2 cup finely chopped pistachios, toasted 
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1. In a large bowl, combine pineapple, pudding mix and rum. Add marshmallows, coconut and pistachios. Fold in whipped topping. Chill until serving.
TOTAL TIME: Prep/Cook Time: 15 min. + chilling 
YIELD: 7 servings. 
This pina colada fluff recipe is from one of my grandma's vintage cookbooks. Instead of alcoholic rum, you could use rum extract.
