1 lb. beef, cubed
1 onion, sliced thin
2 T. fat
1 bunch celery
2 c. canned tomatoes
1/2 pkg. spaghetti noodles, cooked & drained
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/4 c. grated cheese
Heat fat until hot, add meat and onions; fry
until brown, stirring constantly. Remove pan
from fire; put meat and fat in lg. kettle. Add
celery, tomato, cooked spaghetti, salt and
pepper. Let simmer 3 hours or until meat is
tender. Add hot water if meat is sticking to
bottom of kettle. Serve on a platter and
sprinkle with grated cheese.
