Citrus Rice Chops

Ingredients:

1-1/3 cup minute rice
1 cup orange juice
6 pork chops, seasoned and browned in hot skillet
1 can Chicken With Rice soup.

Method:

In a large roughly 9 by 13 inch baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray,
layer: Rice, evenly spread; Orange juice Top with chops, which have been browned on each side, about 2 minutes per
side; Stir soup well, and pour over chops.
Seal tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Uncover, and bake 10 minutes more.
