* 2 Tbsp of cooking oil
* 1 Cup long grain rice
* 2 bouillon cubes
* ¼ cup tomato sauce or ½ diced tomatoes
* 2 Cups water
1. Combine oil and rice.
Microwave for 2 minutes on high.
2. Add bouillon, tomato sauce and water.
3. Microwave 18 minutes on half (50%) power.
4. Fluff and serve.
