Zesty Tomato Mac and Beef

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 can (14.5 ounces) del monte®
zesty diced tomatoes with mild green chilies
1 cup (4 ounces) dried elbow macaroni
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

Method:

1. brown meat and onion in large skillet; drain.
Season with salt and PEPPER, if desired.
2. Add undrained tomatoes and 1 CUP water; bring to boil.
Stir in macaroni.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
3. Stir in cheese. Garnish with dairy sour cream, if desired.
serves 4.
