5 medium potatoes
1 pound elbow macaroni
1 dozen eggs
1 quart salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/2 cup Spanish stuffed olives
4 to 5 large radishes
salt and pepper
parsley flakes or sprigs

Peel potatoes, cut in 1-inch pieces and boil. Boil
macaroni and hard boiled eggs. Place potatoes, macaroni and
cut up pieces of 8 eggs in large dish. Set aside 4 eggs for
garnish. Add about 1 pint of salad dressing, mix well. Taste
to see if more salad dressing is required. Smooth out top.
Slice the 4 eggs, olives and radishes. Decorate with 1 slice
of egg, 1 slice of radish and top with 1 slice stuffed olive to
make pretty pattern, then sprinkle with parsley flakes and paprika.
