2 eggs, beaten
    2 (15 1/4 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained
    1 cup milk
    1 cup cracker crumb
    1⁄2 cup chopped onion
    1⁄2 cup green pepper
    1 cup cheddar cheese (sharp cheddar is the best to use)
    1⁄4 teaspoon salt
    1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F.
    Mix all ingredients and spoon into a greased 1-quart casserole dish.
    Bake uncovered for 35 minutes.
