1 pound ground turkey 
1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained 
3/4 teaspoon salt 
1/4 teaspoon pepper 
8 slices pepper jack cheese 
8 bakery dinner rolls, split 
1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
1. In a large bowl, combine turkey, tomatoes, salt and pepper, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Shape into eight 1/2-in.-thick patties. 
2. Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 160°. Top with cheese; cover and grill 1 to 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Serve on rolls with avocado.
