1 1/2 pounds pork sausage
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn
2 tablespoons plain Flour
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar
3 beaten eggs
1/2 stick melted margarine
14 crushed Ritz crackers
Salt & pepper to taste
Crumble Sausage & brown until done.  Drain Well.  Beat eggs.  Mix sausage,
corn, sugar, flour, milk, & dash of pepper.  Mix well & pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle crushed Ritz & butter on top.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45  minutes.
