Wash a head of cauliflower. Separate into florets. Place on a cookie sheet in a single layer. Spray with oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place in a 425F oven for 10 minutes. Turn and roast another 10 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
