Scalloped Potatoes With Ham (Pressure Cooker)

Ingredients:

1 cup Water
3 Med Potato
3 tsp Flour
¾ tspSalt
¼ tsp Pepper
1 cup Cooked Ham Diced.
2 tsp Chopped Onion
2 tsp Butter
1 cup Milk
Paprika, chopped parsley or grated cheese for garnish.

Method:

Place rack in 4 qt pressure cooker; add 1 Cup water. Use 1 1/2 qt heat proof casserole/ Use potatoes peeled or unpeeled, thinly sliced to make about 3 cups. Combine flour salt & pepper. Layer potatoes, ham & onions in casserole, sprinkling each layer with flour mixture & dotting with butter. Pour milk over all & cover with foil.
Seal pressure cooker and cook at 15 pounds pressure for 18-20 mins.
