1/4 cup olive oil 
3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce 
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 
    2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 
 3 garlic cloves, minced 
1/2 teaspoon pepper 
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme or dried thyme 
1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary or dried rosemary, crushed 
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Add 1-2 pounds steak (of choice) to container with lid or sealable plastic bag; pour marinade over steak and turn or toss to coat. Marinate at least 1 or up to 4 hours, turning occasionally; discard marinade before cooking steak.
