14 small potatos
2 large onions
1- 12 ounce can evaporated milk
1 half stick butter or margarine
corn starch/cold water mixture to make desired thickness
salt
pepper
Bring potatos and onions to a boil. 
Then lower to a simmer until done. 
Do not drain after done boiling. 
Add milk and butter. 
Turn heat to a low boil and add corn starch/water mixture until thick enough. Salt and pepper to taste.
Very good eating for the wintertime!
