1/2 cup chopped scallions
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 medium red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
1 tablespoon margarine
1 loaf French bread (about 21 inches long) split lengthwise and toasted
1 jar (14 oz.) Ragu Pizza Quick Sauce
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a large skillet, saute scallions,
mushrooms and pepper in margarine until vegetables are tender;
Set aside. Top each piece of bread evenly with sauce. Evenly top with
vegetable mixture, provolone, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake 15
minutes or until heated through.
